On the personal experience front, I've been playing hockey since I was too young to understand why my dad was yelling at me to shoot on the OTHER net. I captained a couple teams - high school and college club - and shared coaching responsibilities for an L1 team last MGHA season. I excel at defensive positioning but can provide solid guidance for all positions on the ice. I'm always happy to talk through hockey rules, hockey jargon, and general hockey advice.
