Coaching Bio
10+ years experience in MGHA hockey, 9+ years as a captain, 7 years as an ultimate frisbee player/captain, lots of pond hockey and yoga time.Coaching focuses;
1- skating edge work, posture, and movement
2- play! camaraderie!
