When I started playing in the MGHA, I decided to jump in and pay for all of my equipment without knowing how to skate. I was nervous and intimidated to play with experienced people. I didn't know anyone, but I quickly warmed up to my team and the league. I've since made friends and learned to be less concerned about falling and more concerned about making new friends. The league is a great opportunity to learn hockey while you make new friends.Madison Gay Hockey Association
