Coaching Bio

Captain/coach for ice hockey and ultimate frisbee for over 10 years. Practicing emotional fitness, yoga, and attention skills (almost) every day.

Ice hockey coaching:
1- skating edge work, posture, and movement
2- play! camaraderie! flow!
3 - pacing for sustainable, long-term play

I'm an L1 coach, but you can email me to set up time for small group stuff or pond hockey. I'll randomly email the locker-room listserv when I'm going to a drop in stick and puck or pond hockey session.
